Asset (Farm) Management Systems and Services Manager
Position Overview
The Asset (Farm) Management Systems and Services Manager provides functional leadership for Scythe & Spade’s asset management services and supporting systems across multiple geographic regions. The position combines client service, lease administration, project management, property analysis, data management, process improvement, and regional resource coordination to protect each client’s ownership interests and promote successful tenant relationships.
Scythe & Spade uses “farm management” and “asset management” terminology interchangeably; however, this role is focused on asset management rather than day-to-day farm operations. For purposes of this position, the property owner or landlord is Scythe & Spade’s client, to whom the Company owes substantial fiduciary and professional responsibilities. The tenant is an important customer and operating stakeholder whose relationship must be managed professionally and constructively. The Manager monitors compliance with farm leases and maintains the records, workflows, and reporting needed to support these responsibilities.
